Mobile iOS / iPhone / iPad Engineer (New York, NY)

New York, NY, United States.

We’re in the midst of designing and developing our mobile internet presence and mobile apps that will potentially be used by millions of Americans and beyond.  If you’re into designing bleeding edge mobile systems, developing native mobile apps that will be used on a worldwide scale and want to part of a fun, fast paced and growing team with enormous ambitions, we should talk.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll be contributing to mobile development on the iOS platform – the primary vehicle through which consumers interact with the Function(x) experience.
  • You’ll be actively involved with design, architecture and implementation of end-to-end iPad and iPhone apps and our mobile internet presence.
  • You’ll be creating the killer and best-in-class mobile experience for millions of users.

    • Professional Qualifications

  • Three or more years of experience in software design and development.
  • You’ll have demonstrated experience in delivering one or more engaging interactive applications for iOS (either iPhone or iPad apps).
  • Deep knowledge of iOS and a strong passion in mobile industry and mobile development
  • Objective-C programming skills
  • Knowledge of Cocoa and UIKit
  • Strong intuition for UX and consumer behavior
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or related work experience
  • Ideal candidates will have had a high degree of performance-sensitive interaction with sophisticated back-end systems.
